For this class, graphic symbolism, I haven’t posted that many of my assignments here. I’m not really sure why. Anyway, the last assignment was to create a graphic symbol that we felt justified our personalities. I came up with a few drafts:

Assignment 3: Exploring Subjective and Objective Associations
By Monday, August 24, 2009, using only your memory for reference, spend no more than 10-15 seconds drawing each of the objects listed below. All objects must first be drawn in either black pen or pencil. Once you are finished drawing all of the listed items, quickly go back and assign each object an appropriate color(s).

Assignment 4: Driving Emotional Responses
By Monday, August 24, 2009, create an abstract visual language using the emotive and communicative behavior of lines, shapes, patterns and colors that effectively conveys the following:
